Job summary

Capgemini UK is a leading SAP practice delivering FP&A transformation for major UK clients. You will join our SAP EPM capability, working on SAP Analytics Cloud and Business Data Cloud, shaping solution strategy and driving high‑impact programmes.

The role focuses on designing and delivering FP&A solutions, mentoring teams, supporting pre‑sales, and growing the SAP EPM capability within a collaborative, hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex FP&A solutions using latest SAP EPM technologies.
• Strong expertise in SAC Planning with exposure to BDC or SAC Seamless Planning.
• Deep understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting procedures.
• Blend of technical and functional FP&A solution design.
• Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience in sales, pre-sales and business development.
• Exposure to SAP BPC, BW, or BI-IP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of SAP EPM (SAC Planning, BDC) solutions.
• Apply design thinking and own functional design and integration across FP&A processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, including Finance leadership, to shape transformation strategy.
• Mentor consultants and manage on/offshore teams.
• Shape and deliver SAP EPM growth strategy and capability development.
• Support RFPs, bids, and pre-sales activities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Stay current, learning and developing SAP skills aligned with latest trends.
