Job summary

BSI is seeking a SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Business Analyst to bridge Finance and technology teams during a major global Finance Transformation. The role focuses on SAC Planning for FP&A and Commercial Finance across multiple deployment waves, with responsibilities spanning requirements, testing, data validation and user readiness.

You will collaborate with FP&A, Commercial Finance and regional teams, Deloitte and programme colleagues to ensure the solution is technically sound and adopted

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Finance Transformation, Finance Systems or Business Analysis.
• Experience partnering with FP&A or Finance Business Partnering teams is essential.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, planning and management reporting processes.
• Experience translating Finance requirements into functional specs.
• Experience supporting a Finance system implementation or migration.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Finance and technology teams for SAC implementation across deployment waves.
• Gather, challenge, document and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate Finance needs into clear functional specifications for Deloitte and delivery teams.
• Design future-state SAC processes including budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Support SAC planning models, dimensions, hierarchies, calendars and security requirements.
• Coordinate UAT planning, test scenarios and acceptance criteria with end users.
• Ensure system readiness and end-user training ahead of deployment.
• Support data mapping, migration, validation and reconciliation between Finance systems.
