Job Title: ERP Implementation Consultant

We are seeking ERP consultants to support the implementation of core systems such as SAP (SD/MM/FICO), Microsoft Dynamics, and related platforms.

This role involves end-to-end support from requirements definition to implementation and project management, with a strong focus on delivery and technical coordination (coding skills not required).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support ERP implementation projects, primarily involving SAP (SD/MM/FICO) and Microsoft Dynamics
• Engage in requirements gathering, system design, implementation, and project management
• Build and maintain client relationships, and provide technical problem-solving support
• Occasional business travel (approximately once per quarter)

Qualifications:

• Background in system integrators or consulting firms preferred
• Hands-on experience in SAP or Microsoft Dynamics projects (technical understanding required, coding not necessary)
• Strong communication skills and ability to represent the team in front of clients
• Flexibility and problem-solving ability in ambiguous project environments
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
