Job summary

Accenture is seeking an SAP Delivery Lead to oversee the profitable delivery of major SAP programs across on-site client sites in the UK. You will steer end-to-end delivery from blueprint through go-live and support, coach teams, define scope and budgets, and collaborate with global colleagues.

The role requires mobility and strong client leadership. You will drive complex SAP initiatives, including data migration and cutover, and develop new business with clients while contributing to Accenture

Qualifications

Significant experience delivering large SAP programs with non-T&M commercial constructs (risk/reward, revenue share, fixed price).
Strong ability to manage scope, timelines and resources.
Expertise in revenue management and Cost-to-Charge oversight for engagements.
Experience with Waterfall and Agile methods across delivery lifecycles.
Senior stakeholder management and customer-satisfaction focus.
Experience leading multi-vendor or hybrid delivery teams.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to explain complex solutions.
Experience in international/multi-cultural project environments.
Relevant bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Set yourself apart: S4/HANA experience; consulting background; data migration and cutover focus.

Responsibilities
