Job summary

Qualifications

• SAP ECC PP expertise demonstrated across BAT/UAT scenarios.
• Ability to coordinate defect management and triage with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and executive level reporting.
• Proven track record in coordinating go-live readiness and cutover support.

Responsibilities

• Lead BAT/UAT activities across SAP ECC PP, QM and PS modules.
• Act as primary contact for business stakeholders throughout BAT phase.
• Support user testing during cutover, guide teams and resolve issues.
• Monitor testing progress, manage risks and drive mitigation actions.
• Prepare status updates and executive level reports on readiness.
• Facilitate client meetings to review execution status and actions.
• Coordinate defect logging, prioritization and validation of fixes.
• Support defect triage and assess business impact of issues.
• Produce BAT dashboards showing pass/fail rates, defects, risks, readiness.
• Supervise Senior Consultant and Consultant to align priorities and timelines.
• Review testing evidence for governance and audit readiness.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and ensure collaboration.
• Contribute to go-live readiness assessments and sign-off status.
• Assist solution architect and technical teams in continuous improvement.
