Data Load Lead: S4 Hana Public Cloud – SAP Data Migration Cockpit experience is essential

This role involves multiple projects and go-lives, covering various SAP modules with specific exposure to Finance, Projects, Products, and Procurement. The more modules you have experience with, the better, especially end-to-end capabilities.

1. Lead and mentor all data team members, ensuring accuracy in data extraction, data load files, and validation processes across all functions.
2. Facilitate data migration and integration efforts between SAP and other systems being implemented.
3. Lead defect management, monitor and troubleshoot data issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
4. Ensure adherence to data governance standards.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in SAP data management, preferably with a focus on Finance, Projects, Products, and Procurement, with end-to-end data loading experience.
• Proven experience with data modelling, data warehousing, and data migration processes.
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards and project management methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Experience with data visualization tools, e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, is a plus.
• SAP certification is preferred.
