SAP Data Leader – S/4HANA | UK-Based | Global Consultancy

We’re partnered with a leading global consultancy looking to hire a SAP Data Leader to drive complex S/4HANA transformations across high-profile clients in sectors such as Retail, CPG, Energy, and Financial Services.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can lead from the front, and enjoys shaping enterprise data strategies while engaging with senior stakeholders.

Level: Senior Manager / Associate Director / Director
Type: Permanent | Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the SAP data stream across global S/4HANA programmes, from strategy to delivery

• Design MDG/MDM architectures and roadmaps for large-scale clients

• Act as the client-facing data SME, translating complex requirements into scalable solutions

• Contribute to sales pursuits and RFP responses with data expertise

• Support innovation and IP development in data governance and quality

• Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams across regions

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a SAP Data Lead / Architect in S/4HANA transformation programmes

• Deep expertise in SAP MDG, MDM, and data migration strategies

• Strong consulting background (ideally Big 4 or similar global firm)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – including C-suite

• Self-starter mindset – proactive, curious, and solution-oriented

• Sector experience in Retail, CPG, Energy, or Financial Services is a plus
