Location: Remote, with occasional visits to the Preston office

Job Description:

• Experience in implementing innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions and supporting technologies in large, complex organizations.
• Strong hands-on configuration skills in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
• Knowledge and experience in integration between Compensation and Variable Pay and other SuccessFactors modules.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
• At least one end-to-end SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay deployment.
• Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels within a client organization.
• Ability to plan and facilitate client workshops.
• Guide clients on SuccessFactors best practices and innovations, staying up-to-date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and other HR technologies.
• Flexible working approach, both onsite and remotely. Limited UK travel and potential overseas travel.
• Experience with global deployments and solution delivery across multiple geographies.
