In this role, you will be responsible for full end-to-end project lifecycles, including design, implementation, and training. You will build collaborative relationships with clients and contribute to ongoing improvements. Qualifications

• Involvement in two or more SAP projects at a functional level.
• Excellent hands-on experience with full end-to-end project lifecycles.
• Strong communication, influencing skills, and team working capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Birchman’s clients, either directly or remotely.
• Gather client requirements and conduct analysis.
• Prepare client’s Business Blueprint / design documentation.
• Manage client requirements and advise on solution design.
• Develop best practice SAP customization and configuration.
• Work closely with colleagues for enhanced customer satisfaction.

Skills

Functional configuration or technical development experience

Business process experience

Knowledge of SAP integration across different modules

Strong communication and influencing skills

Ability to build customer-oriented relationships

Flexibility and willingness to travel
