A Japanese IT company is seeking a SAP Consultant/Digital Learning Specialist. In this role, you will support SAP applications, manage SAP projects, and provide digital training to customers. Responsibilities also include data analysis, user support, and supporting Generative AI tools/LLMs.

Responsibilities:

1. SAP Application Support: Provide second-level support, troubleshoot SAP issues, define business requirements, manage change processes, and create support reports.
2. SAP Project: Assist in SAP implementation/transition projects, create user manuals, conduct UAT, and provide post-GoLive support.
3. Digital Training: Deliver IT/digital transformation training, create training materials, and lead training activities.
4. Data Analysis User Support: Recommend and assist in creating Power BI reports, optimize Datamart creation, and automate processes using MS365 tools.
5. Generative AI Tool/LLM Support: Plan and implement LLM projects on Microsoft platforms, review implementations, and suggest improvements.
6. Presales Activities: Assist in creating proposals related to SAP services.
7. Customer Management: Manage customer requirements, cooperate with partners, and handle complaints.
8. Company Policies: Adhere to all policies and procedures, ensuring security and quality.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in SAP support roles
• Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA for Financial Accounting or similar
• Basic knowledge of software development languages, including SQL
• Knowledge of BI tools and MS365 Power Platform
• Business-level English and languages; some Japanese language and culture understanding advantageous
• Interpersonal, accounting, project management, documentation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of SAP SD/MM functions is a plus
• Ability to work in the UK or Germany (visa support not provided)
