Job summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled requirements analyst and application designer to join our team. You will gather, analyze, and document business needs and translate them into concrete designs.

The role requires facilitating workshops and ensuring alignment with architecture standards on complex projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and contribute to the delivery of scalable, maintainable solutions across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and application design.
• Strong expertise in Requirements Analysis and Application Design.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather, analyze, and validate business and application requirements.
• Define and document functional and non-functional requirements to support solution design and implementation.
• Design application solutions that align with business objectives, technical standards, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with development, testing, and project teams to ensure accurate implementation of application designs.
• Act as a subject matter expert in requirements analysis and application design, providing guidance on complex solution challenges.
• Support project planning, estimation, and risk identification activities related to application design.
• Conduct design reviews and assess application performance, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor and coach junior team members on requirements analysis, design methodologies, and best practices.
