Job Description:

Recruit121 has a client in the UK looking for an SAP FS-CM (Claims Management) Consultant to work with them for 6 months.

The role will be hybrid, with 3 days per week onsite in the North of England.

The role is as follows:

SAP Insurance Consultant with strong expertise in Claims Management (FS-CM) and a broad understanding of SAP’s insurance module suite. This is a remote opportunity for a skilled professional who can lead and contribute to end-to-end claims processing solutions within a multi-module SAP Insurance landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FS-CM (Claims Management).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FS-CM with other SAP insurance modules such as FS-CD (Collections & Disbursements), FS-PM (Policy Management), FS-RI (Reinsurance), and FS-ICM (Incentive and Commission Management).
  • Provide functional expertise and support for key claim handling processes and insurance industry standards.
  • Work closely with finance teams on GL and sub-ledger integration within ECC and/or SAP Banking/Insurance environments.
  • Contribute to solution architecture and ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Document processes, configuration, and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders and internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Insurance with multi-module proficiency.
  • 3+ years of SAP Claims Management (FS-CM) experience, with a strong understanding of insurance claims processes and industry best practices.
  • Proven experience integrating FS-CM with SAP Insurance modules: FS-CD, FS-PM, FS-RI, FS-ICM.
  • Working knowledge of ECC GL and finance sub-ledger processes related to insurance/banking products.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
