Job description

SAP Change Manager – Oxford – 12 Months Contract

Hybrid: 4 days on site, 1 day remote

Requirements: Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in organisational change management roles, including global experience, with expertise in designing and implementing structured change. Proven experience in delivering SAP ERP changes on a global scale, with strong communication strategies that contribute to the successful delivery of complex digital technology projects. Experience in delivering organisational change within agile environments, managing medium to large, complex projects. Certifications in specialised Change Management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI) are preferred. Ability to lead and manage teams through change on a global scale, with a passion for understanding people and customer needs. Strong organisational skills, including time management, attention to detail, problem solving, planning, strategic and critical thinking, stakeholder management. Self-motivated, confident in facilitating teams and actions, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Resilient and pragmatic in approach.

Client Overview: My client is establishing its global operations with an integrated operating model and systems to ensure consistency. Central to this is the Slipstream business program, which aims to harmonise systems and processes across multiple work streams, focusing initially on UK operations. The goal is to establish an ERP environment supporting manufacturing, procurement, payroll, finance, and warehousing functions. A skilled SAP Change Manager is required to support this complex SAP migration project.

SAP Change Manager Responsibilities:

  • Support the launch of manufacturing operations in the UK, US, China, and Australia, with additional global sites to follow.
  • Help establish an integrated operating model and systems to ensure consistency across regions.
  • Lead change management activities related to the ERP migration, focusing on harmonising systems and processes across work streams.
  • Manage direct reports including Change Analysts and ERP Trainers.
