This is a critical leadership role, responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of our new SAP S/4HANA system across the organisation.

About the Role:

As the SAP Change & Training Director, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the change management and training strategy for our ambitious S/4HANA implementation. You will work closely with programme leadership, functional teams, and business stakeholders to minimise disruption, maximise user adoption, and embed new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the S/4HANA programme, encompassing stakeholder engagement, communication, impact assessment, and readiness planning.

  • Lead and manage a team of change and training professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Collaborate with business process owners and functional leads to understand process changes and translate them into effective change and training interventions.
  • Identify potential resistance points and develop mitigation strategies to drive successful adoption.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for change and training effectiveness, reporting regularly to programme leadership.
  • Champion the benefits of the S/4HANA transformation and foster a positive change culture within the organisation.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as required for change and training initiatives.
  • Ensure all change and training activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high quality.

Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in leading large-scale SAP change management and training programmes, with significant exposure to S/4HANA implementations.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving user adoption and delivering tangible business benefits from SAP transformations.
  • Deep understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) and best practices.
  • Strong instructional design and training delivery expertise, including the use of various learning modalities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams.
