Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Business One Application Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of automated solutions within the SAP B1 environment.

This role requires 5 days on site in North London!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SAP Business One Development:
   • Design, develop, and customise SAP Business One applications and reports.
   • Create and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.
   • Maintain and develop applications and workflow tasks to assist in the automation of business processes.
   • Develop and integrate add-ons and third-party applications.
2. Custom Development:
   • Develop custom functionalities and reports using SDK, DI API, and UI API.
   • Create scripts and applications for tailored workflows, forms, and process enhancements.
3. Process Optimisation:
   • Analyse and understand business processes and requirements.
   • Collaborate with all departments to identify areas for process improvement and system enhancement.
4. Technical Support and Maintenance:
   • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Business One.
   • Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades.
   • Ensure system performance, security, and reliability.
5. Documentation and Training:
   • Create comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions.
   • Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams.
   • Provide guidance and support for system users.

The Successful Applicant

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in SAP B1 SDK, DI API, and DI Server.
• Proficiency in SQL (queries, optimization, procedures, triggers).
• Skilled in Crystal Reports and related reporting tools.
• Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., B1iF, APIs).
• SQL Scripting / Database Management.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience as an SAP Business One Developer.
• Experience in the apparel industry is highly preferred.

This role is offering up to £70,000 per annum and requires 5 days on site in North London.
