Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior data architecture and SAP delivery lead to guide clients through modernisation of SAP data landscapes, including SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, and Databricks integration. You will shape data strategies, drive end-to-end BDC delivery in S/4HANA transformations, and partner with offshore teams across industries.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, translate business needs into SAP designs, and ensure value delivery through modern data platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 client delivery lifecycles on SAP data components including SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere.
• Deep experience delivering SAP BW-based solutions and assessing BW investments for modernisation.
• Hands-on delivery of SAP Analytics Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and ideally Databricks.
• Proven enterprise data and analytics architecture experience across non-SAP platforms.
• Experience integrating SAP with Databricks and Snowflake.
• Delivery of data strategies on large S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Ability to lead distributed delivery teams including offshore centres.
• Strong communication with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor.

Job description

Salary: £50,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• At least two client delivery lifecycles on a solution stack that includes modern SAP data components including SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere.
• Deep experience in the delivery of SAP BW based solutions and the ability to rapidly assess clients BW existing investments as part of modernisation solutioning.
• Extensive hands-on delivery experience of SAP Analytics Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere and ideally some Databricks delivery experience.
• Proven enterprise data and analytics architecture skills, including experience of other non-SAP data platforms and approaches for integrating these with SAP solutions.
• Experience of integrating SAP with other modern data platforms including Databricks and Snowflake.
• Proven experience delivering data strategies on large, complex S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Proven capability in leading a distributed delivery team, working with colleagues in offshore delivery centres for solution delivery.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated experience working with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on data architecture and platform strategies, driving value creation through the positioning of BDC alongside platforms from other vendors.
• Shape holistic data architecture strategies to support clients AI and Analytics journeys.
• Lead the modernisation of clients BW landscapes, including advising on BW PCE journeys and unlocking value through adoption of new BDC features.
• Lead end-to-end BDC solution delivery in either S/4HANA transformations or standalone data initiatives.
• Work with a wide range of clients across many industries on transformational journeys, from smaller single-function, in-country projects to S/4HANA-enabled global business transformations.
• Support clients SAP transformation projects by acting as a data and solutions architect.
• Translate business and functional requirements into SAP functional designs and oversee solution delivery.
