Job Summary: The UK-based SAP Business ByDesign (ByDesign) Project Manager will be responsible for delivering NTT’s ByDesign project implementations in the UK and Ireland.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance with process design.
• Manage day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects.
• Anticipate client’s needs and propose alternative business solutions as required.
• Seek and capitalize on opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Understand each client’s business, organization, and objectives.
• Maintain client engagement through regular meetings and status reports.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards defined in the professional services quality management plan.
• Participate and facilitate in team and client meetings.
• Keep project documentation clear and up-to-date.
• Address issues openly and promptly.
• Communicate relevant project information effectively to superiors and peers.
• Communicate sensitive information tactfully.
• Encourage creative and innovative thinking within the team.
• Share lessons learned and best practices across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for change and communicate the need for change.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Significant ERP implementation experience, preferably with ByDesign.
• Experience managing technical, cross-functional professional services teams and delivery partners.
• Experience managing multiple projects of varying sizes.
• Ability to handle 2 to 6 projects simultaneously, depending on size.
• Maintain professionalism under high stress.
• Work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Proven leadership skills to engage, mobilize, and motivate teams.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
