Job Summary: The UK-based SAP Business ByDesign (ByDesign) Project Manager will be responsible for delivering NTT’s ByDesign project implementations in the UK and Ireland.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance with process design.
- Manage day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects.
- Anticipate client’s needs and propose alternative business solutions as required.
- Seek and capitalize on opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Understand each client’s business, organization, and objectives.
- Maintain client engagement through regular meetings and status reports.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards defined in the professional services quality management plan.
- Participate and facilitate in team and client meetings.
- Keep project documentation clear and up-to-date.
- Address issues openly and promptly.
- Communicate relevant project information effectively to superiors and peers.
- Communicate sensitive information tactfully.
- Encourage creative and innovative thinking within the team.
- Share lessons learned and best practices across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for change and communicate the need for change.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Significant ERP implementation experience, preferably with ByDesign.
- Experience managing technical, cross-functional professional services teams and delivery partners.
- Experience managing multiple projects of varying sizes.
- Ability to handle 2 to 6 projects simultaneously, depending on size.
- Maintain professionalism under high stress.
- Work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Proven leadership skills to engage, mobilize, and motivate teams.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
