Job Title: SAP Basis Expert

Location: Hybrid (1-3 Days Home Office Per Week) Markdorf, Baden-Württemberg

Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
I am currently supporting an Industrial Machinery Manufacturing organisation on their search for an SAP Basis Consultant to join their teams across Germany on a permanent basis. We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Expert to maintain and enhance our clients' hybrid SAP landscape. You will ensure system stability, manage upgrades, and support ongoing projects while contributing to the security and performance of our SAP systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimize the SAP Basis landscape, including upgrades, patches, and system copies.
2. Monitor system performance and connections to ensure stable operations.
3. Oversee the transport landscape (TMS, ESM Suite) to support change processes.
4. Collaborate on projects and document the system landscape.

Your Profile:

1. IT training, a degree in computer science, or equivalent qualifications.
2. Several years of experience as an SAP Basis Consultant with knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP Business Suite, Windows, Unix, and HANA.
3. Fluent in German and English.
4. Team-oriented, proactive, and flexible with occasional off-hours work.
