Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Consultant SAP Business One pour soutenir l'amélioration des processus d'affaires et des projets SAP. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement SAP et sera un expert interne. Ce rôle collaborera étroitement avec les utilisateurs et le directeur informatique pour apporter des améliorations systémiques tout en commandant également le support fonctionnel au quotidien.

Qualifications

• Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans SAP Business One.
• Expérience avec des outils complémentaires comme Codeless Platforms BPA et Boyum B1up.
• Connaissance des intégrations eCommerce et des outils de reporting ERP.

Responsibilities

• Soutenir la configuration et le support fonctionnel de SAP Business One.
• Gérer les intégrations de données entre SAP et des plateformes telles que Shopify.
• Assister aux tests d'acceptation des utilisateurs et à la documentation.

SystemsAccountants are currently working on behalf of a SAP B1 client to source a SAP Business One Consultant on an interim basis. This contractor will support business process improvement, upcoming SAP projects, and BAU support. The role sits within the IT team and acts as the internal subject matter expert for SAP Business One, CCO and key integrated systems including eCommerce platforms WMS, and business analytics. The role will work closely with users, vendors, and the Head of IT to deliver both day-to-day support and long-term system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and configuration for SAP Business One and associated applications (e.g. B1 Apps)
• Maintain and support data integrations between SAP and platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Proteus, and CCO
• Liaise with vendors to manage escalations and change requests
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and internal training
• Contribute to the automation of manual processes and system enhancements using all available tools and in collaboration with IT and business teams.
• Understand and identify gaps in data and opportunities to improve data capture.
• Work with the Head of IT to support project delivery and business change initiatives
• Provide data validation, issue triage, and integration oversight for business-critical workflows

Role Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in SAP Business One, including functional support, configuration, and data workflows
• Experience with complimentary tools such as Codeless Platforms BPA, Boyum B1up and Cindercone Magma.
• Familiarity with eCommerce integrations, WMS, POS, and ERP reporting tools
• Experience in wholesale, distribution, or retail environments
• SQL and SAP HANA proficiency
• Exposure to Power BI, Data ETL tools and awareness of DAX or Power Query (desirable, not essential)
