A leading engineering defence contractor is looking for an SAP Architect specializing in Procurement & Supply Chain. This remote position covers solution design, team management, and integration of SAP systems. With a contract duration of 12 months+, the ideal candidate must possess extensive SAP experience, strong leadership skills, and a relevant educational background.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years experience in SAP P&SC (including MM, SCP, PP).
• Proven management experience in large SAP Programmes.
• Desirable: SAP Certified MM, excellent experience in Production Planning and Warehouse Management.

Techniche Global are supporting an engineering defence contractor to appoint a SAP Architect Procurement & Supply Chain.

Rate: up to GBP690/day (Umbrella Inside IR35).
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months+

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The SAP Procurement & Supply Chain Architect Contractor is accountable for the solution/service design, configuration and support services of the SAP Procurement & Supply Chain modules, systems, solutions, and integration.

The SAP P&SC Architect also responsible for the line management of the SAP Procurement & Supply Chain team (including MM, SCP, PP, WM, Inventory and MRP).

Working closely with the Head of SAP, SAP Project Managers, and the Business Process Leads /Owners to ensure delivery of the SAP Programme, Projects/Changes and Service to our customers.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• A university degree or relevant experience in Procurement & Supply Chain.
• Minimum of 7 years experience of SAP P&SC (including Materials Mgt, Production Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse Mgt, Inventory and MRP) design, configuration, and programme/project delivery.
• Proven experience of large SAP Programmes and successful delivery
• Experience in Line / Team Management and Leadership
• Integration experience with SAP P&SC and related SAP modules/third party solutions

DESIRED:

• SAP Certified MM
• Excellent experience in Production Planning and Warehouse Management
• Exposure to ITIL Framework.
