Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Manager in Finance Solutions - EPM to lead SAC Planning programmes, guiding finance functions through design and deployment of high-performing planning solutions. You will work at the intersection of finance, data, and AI, shaping solutions and advising senior Finance and IT stakeholders.

You will lead mixed onshore/offshore delivery teams, mentor consultants, and contribute to proposals and go-to-market efforts in a fast-paced SAP Analytics Cloud environment.

About The Role

As a Manager in our Finance Solutions - EPM team, part of the Digital Core Modernisation practice, you'll be a lead specialist on high-profile SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning programmes, guiding finance functions through the design and deployment of intelligent, high-performance planning solutions.

This is a role for an EPM/FP&A practitioner who loves the craft of finance transformation and wants to lead from the front - shaping solutions, advising senior Finance and IT stakeholders, and orchestrating mixed onshore/offshore teams. You'll sit at the intersection of finance, data and AI, with the chance to actively build your expertise in Gen AI and Agentic AI as those capabilities become embedded in the way we plan.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Leading the design and delivery of complex SAC Planning implementations, translating FP&A requirements into elegant, scalable solutions.
• Running business requirement definition workshops with senior Finance stakeholders - challenging thinking, shaping the target operating model and bringing planning processes to life.
• Designing FP&A processes across revenue, workforce, OpEx/CapEx, cash flow forecasting and management reporting.
• Architecting SAC Planning within the wider finance landscape, defining integration with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Datasphere, S/4HANA and hyperscaler platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Bringing the latest SAC and SAP AI capabilities into your designs - Compass, Smart Predict, Joule and emerging agentic AI patterns.
• Leading mixed onshore/offshore delivery teams, mentoring consultants and growing the next generation of SAC/EPM talent.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, contributing to proposals and helping shape our go-to-market.

This Role Is For You If

• Deep, hands-on experience designing and delivering SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning solutions for large, complex organisations - including planning models, data actions, allocations, multi actions, value driver trees, stories and analytic applications.
• A strong FP&A and EPM background, with proven experience designing end-to-end planning, budgeting and forecasting processes - revenue, workforce, OpEx/CapEx, cash flow and management reporting.
• A track record of leading business requirement definition with senior Finance stakeholders, translating business needs into platform capabilities and challenging thinking where it matters.
• A business and finance process-oriented mindset that brings technology, data and finance together with confidence.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
