A leading luxury department store is seeking a SAP Analyst to join their IT team. In this role, you will provide support to SAP application users and manage customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in problem management and SAP modules including SD, MM, WM, EWM, CAR, and FICO. This position offers a permanent role with an excellent benefits package, including flexible working and significant in-store discounts.
We are looking for a SAP Analyst to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for providing support services to the Harrods business for SAP application users.
On-call rotation and occasional weekend/overnight work is required in this role.
The SAP Analyst will be expected to work with the SAP Applications Functional team to ensure that resolutions are available, and where required will work with the Principal Analyst to ensure the developers are able to deliver the solution, always adhering to industry best practices whilst working to a common application strategy to ensure SAP functions run efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have years of experience in effective problem management and issue resolution, with the ability to escalate issues appropriately when necessary. They should possess strong problem-solving skills and be capable of thoroughly investigating various SAP modules to identify root causes of defects—not only aiming to resolve issues but also to prevent their recurrence.
A solid background in cross-modular functions is essential, with hands-on experience in SAP modules such as SD, MM, WM, EWM, CAR, and FICO; the broader their module expertise, the better. The candidate should also be open and willing to work across different SAP modules as needed.
