Job summary

LA International Computer Consultants Ltd. urgently requires an SAP Administrator with SC clearance to support a SAP transformation project in the North West.

The role concentrates on security, authorisations and IT controls across the SAP landscape to ensure a robust, auditable ERP environment. The post involves owning role and user provisioning, handling change requests and acting as the interface between business users and the MSP for planned and unplanned changes.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP security and authorisations.
• Proven ability to manage role and user provisioning.
• Experience supporting audits and licence audits.
• SC or higher security clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Overall Responsibility for Role and User Set up Optimisation including Roles and User Provisioning across the SAP Landscape.
• Vetting User and Role change requests including compliance checks on User and Role Changes.
• Act as an interface between users (Business and IT) and the MSP for changes in the systems (planned and unplanned).
• Be responsible for responding to and coordinating responses to Internal and external Audits and Licence Audits.
• Play a key role in Identity and Access management initiatives.

Our client urgently requires an SC cleared SAP Administrator to support their SAP factory following an SAP transformation.

START: ASAP

DURATION: 12 MONTHS

RATE: £300-£400

CLEARANCE: SC

LOCATION: NORTH WEST (3 days onsite)

The Programme is delivering a comprehensive portfolio of SAP upgrades and enhancements designed to create more efficient and value-added ways of working. These improvements are underpinned by a robust and resilient ERP landscape that will provide a scalable platform for the future. This program will transition many of the current internally hosted SAP Applications over to new applications built in the cloud and hosted on various platforms including Azure, SAP Sovereign and SAP Public Cloud.

As the landscape is vastly more complex than the Legacy SAP Landscape; We are seeking to internalise capability in order to technically own and manage all facets of Security, Authorisations and IT Control over the landscape. To this end a SAP Security and Authorisations Controls Lead will be responsible for assuring all Security, Authorisations and IT Controls aspects of the new landscape.
