Job Description: SAP Administrator

Our client is a global Energy Services organization seeking an experienced SAP Administrator. The ideal candidate should be accustomed to working in a technician environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Raising purchase orders for sub-contractors and suppliers, and receipting orders once services are supplied.
  2. Completing accurate and timely data entry in Maximo.
  3. Ensuring that asset and maintenance transactions are completed promptly, accurately, and thoroughly.
  4. Providing training, technical support, or troubleshooting for Maintenance Business Systems, particularly CMMS, RITE, INTRACK, as needed.
  5. Ensuring physical equipment movements match CMMS transactions.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in maintenance systems such as Maximo, CMMS, SAP.
  • Ability to organize, track, and manage certification documents, reports, and records related to equipment maintenance, inspections, and audits.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, including submitting and tracking shopping carts.
  • Experience managing equipment, vehicle rental, and servicing data.
