Honeywell Technologies in Bracknell is seeking a SAP 4 Hana Analytics Specialist II to analyze supply chain data and deliver actionable insights to improve planning accuracy and inventory optimization. The role is hybrid, based in Bracknell, reporting to the COE Planning Director.

You will develop Power BI reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support supply planning decisions and drive data-driven process improvements across procurement, production, and logistics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or supply planning analytics.
• Experience in SAP/S4 Hana.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills translating data into insights.
• Experience with data visualization tools – Power BI.

SAP 4 Hana Analytics Specialist II

As a S4 Supply Chain Planning Analyst here at Honeywell Technologies, you will play a vital role in leveraging data analytics to enhance S4 planning processes. You will analyze supply chain data to provide actionable insights that improve planning accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and support decision-making across the supply chain network.

You will report directly to our COE Planning Director and you’ll work out of our Bracknell UK location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, your work will provide insights to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction by ensuring the right products are available at the right time through data-driven supply planning strategies.

Center of Excellence role supporting Process Technology planning:

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or supply planning analytics.
• Experience in SAP/S4 Hana
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience with data visualization tools - Power BI.
• Proven experience in support of supply chain processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
