Job summary

Moto is hiring a Sandwich Maker at our Exeter site to deliver Pret A Manger’s fresh food, coffee and service. The role includes face-to-face customer care, fast-paced production, and maintaining brand standards in a busy rest stop environment.

Shifts are 7 hours per week, weekends required. Benefits include weekly pay, a discretionary Christmas bonus, staff discount and funded qualifications. Training is provided to lead a shift and earn £13.33 per hour.

Qualifications

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Processing in-store daily production requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
• Producing a range of sandwiches, wraps, salads and baguettes throughout the day.
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect.
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability.
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork.
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for.
• Helping prepare the kitchen for the following days trade.
