We are seeking a Sanctuary Coordinator and Caseworker.
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Location: Hammersmith (with travel to other London Services)
Hours: 35 Hours per week
Contract: Permanent

Sanctuary Schemes are multi-agency victim-centred initiatives that enable households at risk of violence to remain safely in their own homes by installing a 'Sanctuary' and providing support. As a Sanctuary Scheme Specialist, you will support the service by conducting comprehensive assessments of service users and their homes, ensuring safety improvements are made. You will manage a caseload of survivors, conducting needs and risk assessments, safety planning, and referrals to appropriate services.
This role offers an opportunity for professionals experienced in supporting women at risk of domestic violence to make a meaningful difference daily. We offer a collaborative and supportive environment where staff empower each other and deliver high-quality services to those in need. To succeed, you will have experience in initiating and managing support activities, maintaining project logs, and collating data. You should have proven experience in referring safeguarding cases to Social Care and MARAC, proactively assessing the needs and safety of women and children, and advising women on their rights and support options.
