Job Description

Sanctions Senior Project Manager responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of sanctions projects within the Financial Services department.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Implement and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Identify potential issues and devise contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated.
  • Report project progress to senior management regularly.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sanctions Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Banking, Finance or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing projects within the Financial Services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sanctions and regulations in the banking industry.
  • Experience of wider Financial Crime and AML projects.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
