Hybrid working in central London, you'll advise a variety of stakeholders on the impact of sanctions regimes in relation to corporate strategy and risk appetite framework.

Description

Your day to day would include:

  • Heading up the Sanctions & Financial Crime work, including advising a variety of stakeholders on the impact of sanctions regimes in relation to corporate strategy and risk appetite framework.
  • Working internationally across the UK & EMEA
  • Collaborating with the wider sanctions, compliance, and legal teams across the UK, US, and EU.
  • Managing external counsel

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Be 6+ PQE Lawyer with experience heading up a variety of financial sanctions matters, ideally with additional financial crime work.
  • Have the ability to commute into London on a hybrid basis (2 - 3 days per week)
  • Want to work internationally across the UK and EMEA
  • Have experience managing external counsel and working with a variety of senior stakeholders
