Job summary

Eldwick Law in London is seeking an Associate Solicitor to join its sanctions and investigations practice. The firm advises corporate and individual clients on cross-border disputes, international sanctions, and regulatory matters and has strong Chambers and Legal 500 recognition.

The successful candidate will work closely with partners on a broad range of matters, including UK and international sanctions, investigations with SFO/FCA/NCA, and white-collar concerns.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
• 2–5 years’ PQE preferred, candidates outside this range will be considered.
• Experience in sanctions, corporate crime, financial crime or regulatory investigations.
• Strong analytical, drafting and legal research skills.
• Experience managing matters and communicating directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work with partners on a broad range of sanctions and investigations matters.
• Handle UK and international sanctions issues including OFSI licensing.
• Assist in corporate and regulatory investigations with authorities (SFO, FCA, NCA).
• Advise on white-collar crime, money laundering, fraud and related regulatory issues.
• Contribute to asset recovery and regulatory compliance strategies.
