Job Description

- Target Candidate: Compliance professionals with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Escalations Analyst (L2): Handle unresolved name screening alerts (PEPs, sanctions, adverse media)
- OSINT: Perform open-source intelligence research to assess and document compliance risks
- Advisory Role: Provide insights to internal stakeholders on managing sanctions and AB&C risks
- Policy Evaluation: Review internal processes for compliance with financial crime regulations
- Cross-Team Coordination: Work with various business units on sanctions escalations and risk reviews
- 2+ years in sanctions compliance, AML, or broader FCC functions
- Strong knowledge of banking/financial services processes and controls
- University degree required; ACAMS/ACFCS certification is a strong plus
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); multilingual abilities are an asset
- Strong communication, judgment, and writing skills
- Experience in startups or fintech is beneficial
- Must be proactive, analytical, and able to handle tight timelines
- Stakeholder management experience is preferred
