The opportunity:

Join Iris as Programme Director for Samsung-leading delivery on one of our most creatively ambitious, multi-workstream client partnerships.

As the operational counterpart to the Managing Partner, you'll drive delivery excellence across a diverse mix of work-from hero campaigns and localisation toolkits to social content, influencer activations and experiential builds.

You'll bring structure to complexity, push production standards forward, and become a trusted partner to clients and internal teams alike.

You'll also play a pivotal role supporting the Head of Production-embedding operational rigour, shaping how the team works, and mentoring a new generation of standout Producers.

How you'd spend your day:
• Running delivery across Samsung-balancing hands-on project leadership with full-scale programme oversight across diverse formats
• Acting as the production counterpart to the Managing Partner-owning delivery strategy and operational leadership for the account
• Partnering with Creative, Strategy and Business Leads to triage briefs and design scalable delivery models across workstreams.
• Leading key projects yourself-setting the standard for pace, precision, and production excellence
• Supporting the Head of Production to embed best-in-class processes, maintain delivery quality, and cast or onboard talent effectively.
• Mentoring producers across the team-helping to shape a strong pipeline of future production leaders
• Applying commercial insight and cultural understanding to ensure creative ambition aligns with practical delivery
• Exploring industry innovation-particularly in AI and content tech-to elevate both efficiency and creative output.
• Guiding senior client stakeholders through production strategy, timelines, risk and feasibility with confidence, empathy and credibility.
• Helping design and implement delivery KPIs in partnership with Business Leads-measuring success beyond time and budget, and into creativity, consistency and innovation.
• Supporting pitches and new business by advising on delivery models, operational structure and production feasibility for Samsung-related work.

• A senior Production delivery leader with Creative Agency experience and a proven track record in managing large, multidisciplinary creative programmes for high-profile or global clients.
• Someone equally comfortable leading the delivery process for a fast-turnaround shoot or a global toolkit programme- and architecting delivery structures across multiple workstreams.
• A trusted production partner who earns credibility by guiding clients through strategy, budgets and delivery risks without compromising creativity.
• A natural mentor and operator who supports, develops and inspires other Producers-helping build a pipeline of delivery-focused excellence.
