A leading staffing agency is seeking a Raw Materials Sampling Technician for a 6-month contract in Slough. The role involves accurately dispensing raw materials and maintaining standards in a clean room environment. Candidates with A-Level Education in science and a proactive approach are preferred. This is an on-site position offering an hourly PAYE rate of £16.

Role Purpose & Scope
(why does this job exist and what scope does it cover?)
To dispense required weights and volumes of raw materials accurately whilst maintaining a high standard of GMP
Must be able to work with several electronic and paper-based GMP systems to accurately record the sampling performed
Must be able to maintain a clean room environment ensuring appropriate inventory in the warehouse

Responsibilities

Generation of sampling labels
Transfer of raw materials on both GMP paper based and electronic systems
Transfer of raw material containers into sampling clean room environment
Opening and sampling of raw material containers following appropriate GMP procedures
GMP documentation of transfer and sampling in logbooks and GMP documents
Returning of raw material containers to original stock location
Transfer of sampled raw materials to QC laboratory
Housekeeping and maintaining the clean room environment
Maintaining sampling rooms inventory
Be aware and ensure calibration dates for the room and equipment are maintained
Assist with internal, customer or regulatory audits and complete any actions assigned.
Maintaining training profile at 95% or above and attending all required training sessions within the required time.
