We are looking for a SampleManagement Supervisor to join our shipping and logistics team within our Sample Management department in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Job responsibilities include:

Supervising the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring the development of a competent workforce and managing workload balance.

Coordinating and monitoring progress to ensure achievement of timelines and goals.

Being accountable for the activities of the team, communicating issues to management and taking corrective action where appropriate.

Ensuring the consistent implementation, use and review of SOPs.

Monitoring and track department activities and resources.

Tracking, monitoring, and reporting metrics in the agreed upon timelines.

Monitoring individual performance objectives for direct reports, taking corrective action where required. Completing team performance evaluations and interim progress reviews.
