Job Description

This is a permanent, full-time vacancy supporting the sample team in managing product and sample flow through our studios and post-production departments. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a creative eye. You will work within the shoot operations team to ensure smooth execution of ecommerce imagery for brands including Yours Clothing, Bad Rhino, Long Tall Sally, Pixie Girl, M&CO, and Evans.

Responsibilities

• Book in samples, collaborate with buyers, and declare samples within the library daily.
• Support the Sample Coordinator in rail preparations for shoots and packing down.
• Maintain tidiness and organization of the sample and stock areas.
• Pull stock required for reshoots.
• Manage stock flow to and from the warehouse.
• Communicate product prioritization effectively and update the sample coordinator on issues.
• Foster a professional and productive working environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with photographers, stylists, post-production, buying, and copy teams.
• Coordinate with shoot operation and copy teams to ensure delivery statuses are current and samples are available.
