Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales is seeking an enthusiastic Band 7 SDEC Unit Manager to lead our Same Day Emergency Care service. You will drive service improvement, support patient flow, and inspire a high-performing multidisciplinary team across acute and community services.

The role emphasises clinical and operational leadership within NHS Wales, with a focus on quality, safety and patient experience, and a collaborative approach with Welsh and/or English speakers
