We are seeking an organised, motivated and proactive Band 6 Charge Nurse to join our team. The post holder will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day operational activities, supporting service delivery and ensuring effective communication across multidisciplinary teams. The Band 6 Charge Nurse will be responsible for managing workflows, monitoring performance against service targets and supporting the implementation of service improvements. They will act as a central point of contact for staff, patients and external partners, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, safely and in line with organisational policies and standards.
