We are looking for great coaches to add to our growing team!

Our Sama coaches are a select community of experienced, trusted professionals. We partner with high-quality, credentialed coaches to help our clients achieve results.

In addition to aligning with Sama's mission and values, Sama Coaches need to meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Coaching Credential equivalent to the ACC with the International Coach Federation
  • 3+ years of professional coaching experience (after completing training), including work with corporate clients
  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • Bonus - You coach in Spanish, or French or Portuguese in North America.

Recruitment Process
  1. Step 1 - Your first call will be a 30-minute call with our Director of Recruitment during which we will review your coaching background.
  2. Step 2 - Your second call will be with Caitlin, our Head Coach during which we will do a more in-depth review of your coaching process and approach.
  3. Step 3 - The third step will be an assessment of your coaching style during which we will demo your coaching style with a coachee during which we look for the following. This will be a 25-minute session, with 25 minutes dedicated to the demo and 5 minutes for Q&A:
    - Your ability to build trust and rapport with the coachee.
    - Active listening.
    - Powerful questions asked.
    - Forward learning + Action.
    - Reflection, next steps, and accountability at the end of the session.
  4. Step 4 - Reference and background checks
  5. Step 5 - Offer and Onboarding

While we are accepting all applications, our immediate focus is for coaches who are able to coach in Spanish, French or Portuguese in North America. Qualified applicants who coach in any of these languages will be prioritised.
