We specialise in hair, nails, and luxury beauty experiences constantly looking to expand, while providing a structured, chic environment for clients and stylists alike.

As we grow, we’re looking for a Salon Supervisor & CEO Assistant to act as our second-in-command—leading our team, ensuring seamless daily operations, and driving business success.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Salon Supervisor & CEO Assistant – Leadership Role in Beauty at Ovieya London Ltd. Located in London, the role will involve day-to-day leadership tasks to oversee salon operations and provide executive support to the CEO.

You’re not just a supervisor—you’re a proactive leader and problem-solver who knows how to keep a team organised, motivated, and productive without needing constant direction. You have a beauty industry background, strong leadership skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to be an asset to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day salon operations—keeping everything running efficiently.
  • Supervise stylists, freelancers, and chair renters, ensuring top-tier service quality.
  • Handle client concerns, last-minute bookings, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and salon maintenance to prevent any issues.
  • Enforce Ovieya’s high standards, ensuring every client receives the best experience.

Assistant to the CEO

  • Work directly with the CEO to implement growth strategies and manage salon projects.
  • Create and assign daily/weekly tasks for the team to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support with content planning, marketing, and promotions to increase engagement.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Track loyalty schemes, memberships, and client retention efforts.

Qualifications

  • Beauty Therapy Level 2 or equivalent
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Hiring for beauty industry roles
  • Leadership and Management skills
  • Organisational and Time Management skills
  • Knowledge of Beauty Industry trends and techniques
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant role

Experience handling bookings, memberships, and salon administration.
