Job summary

Williams & Hirst is a fast-growing salon group in Soho, London, seeking a confident and highly organised Salon Coordinator to take ownership of daily salon operations, coordinate the Front of House team and manage staff rota to ensure appropriate coverage and superb client service.

You will work in a busy 18-chair space with 40+ independent hairdressers, handling bookings, deliveries, events and stock while maintaining high standards and calm, professional leadership across evenings and

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English is essential for daily client and partner communication.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for day-to-day running and coordination of the salon.
• Coordinate and support the Front of House team, including rota planning and cover arrangements.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are followed and client experience is exceptional.
• Stock checks, deliveries, and liaising with suppliers and partners.
• Support brand events, education sessions and private hires as required.
