Rush Hair Ltd is seeking a driven Hair Salon Manager for our busy Hammersmith salon. You will lead a team of stylists, apprentices and front-of-house, delivering a consistently 5-star client experience while driving sales and KPIs.

With uncapped service commission and a guaranteed monthly Manager bonus, plus ongoing training and career progression, this role combines leadership with hands-on salon management in a vibrant brand environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working within a hair salon environment.
• Currently a Hair Salon Manager, Hair Stylist Manager, or Senior Stylist ready to step up.
• Strong leadership, people management & customer service skills.
