The Harvey Norman Oxley Whitegoods Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Salesperson, you have an understanding of retail management, life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.

To be successful you must:

1. Have a passion for retail
2. Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
3. Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

1. Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business. Previous sales experience in whitegoods is preferred.
2. A high level of White Goods product knowledge to support customer queries
3. Experience in retail management with an excellent sales track record
4. Have the ability to maximise sales, assist with coaching, leading and motivating an enthusiastic team
5. Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
6. Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
7. Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
8. Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
9. Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
