Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead for a contract role in the UK. The role focuses on leading technical design and delivery of Salesforce solutions, with hands-on Apex and Lightning Web Components work, and complex integrations.

You will mentor a distributed development team to deliver secure, scalable architectures suitable for multi-market deployments. The position is hybrid, with 3 days onsite in South Buckinghamshire and project work spanning up to 80 markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Salesforce Technical Lead or senior Salesforce engineer.
• Hands-on Apex development expertise.
• Strong LWC and Salesforce platform knowledge.
• Experience designing integrations with other systems.
• Solid understanding of secure, scalable Salesforce architecture.
• Experience Cloud knowledge.
• Ability to lead and mentor distributed teams.
• Ability to design multi-market, product-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of Salesforce solutions with hands-on guidance in Apex and LWC.
• Review and design robust, scalable Salesforce architectures aligned with business goals.
• Embed security best practices to protect applications from threats.
• Guide distributed teams with design specs, standards, and implementation guidance.
• Ensure conformity with architecture and coding standards across markets.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans.
• Define reusable patterns and integration standards for faster delivery.
• Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps and governance for product evolution.
