You're a proven technical salesforce lead, who can combine the leadership and technical demands of the role, as well as collaborate easily with key stakeholders across the business.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Collaborate and guide business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Salesforce development team.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and drive RCA sessions
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce platform.
  • Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and technologies, recommending enhancements and improvements.
  • Drive best practices, both in technology and ways of working.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer 5+ years
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Sales/Service etc.) are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Integrations
  • Demonstrable experience with database management, data modelling, and system design.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Leadership capabilities and a collaborative mindset.
