Job summary

Steadmanbrown is seeking a Technical Lead to sit between the Technical Architect, Senior Consultant and client, to run workshops and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and to lead Salesforce initiatives.

You will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, oversee integrations via APIs and middleware, and guide a team of developers with strong emphasis on best practices and technical direction.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience translating requirements from stakeholders into technical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and people in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive experience designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

You will join a collaborative and supportive team with a strong people-first culture. They are looking to expand their team by hiring a Technical Lead, to sit between the Technical Architect, Senior Consultant and client, to run workshops and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
