With a passion for transformation and a focus on Salesforce technologies, we empower our clients to harness the full potential of their Salesforce platforms. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Consultant with expertise in Vlocity (now known as Salesforce Industries) to join our growing team in the UK.

Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Technical Consultant , you will play a key role in the successful delivery of Salesforce and Vlocity solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions, providing technical expertise, and ensuring that all projects are executed to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, specifically leveraging Vlocity/Salesforce Industries for industry-specific features and capabilities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and other technical teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on best practices for Salesforce configuration, customisation, and Vlocity integration.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce and Vlocity/Salesforce Industries releases and advancements.
• Conduct workshops and knowledge transfer sessions to internal teams and clients.
• Mentor junior consultants and support their professional growth.

Requirements:

• Strong experience working with Salesforce (Certified Administrator, Developer, or Architect qualifications are a plus).
• Expertise in Vlocity/Salesforce Industries, including configuration, development, and deployment.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce.com and related technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and REST APIs.
• Experience working with clients in an industry vertical such as Telecommunications, Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial Services is highly advantageous.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale Salesforce projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Previous experience with Agile project methodologies is desirable.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Consultant, or Salesforce Architect.
• Vlocity Certification or experience with Vlocity Industry Cloud solutions.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce projects.
