Role: Salesforce Tech Lead

Salary: Up to £105,000 + bonus (up to 22%)

Location: London - 2 days per week on site (hybrid)

We are currently partnered with a scaling FinTech who back small businesses to succeed - their mission is to help small companies have access to the finances they need to grow and since they were founded, they have successfully lent over £10 billion.

Their platform is a game-changer within their industry and by using cutting-edge data and technology, they're reshaping the landscape for lending to enable lightning-fast decisions instead of lengthy applications!

They are looking for an Salesforce Tech Lead to join their Salesforce team. You'll be accountable for executing your area's prioritised roadmap, delivering on both business and technology objectives. A key focus will be elevating your team's product development maturity to achieve engineering excellence and advance the target architecture.

You will manage a team of 6 engineers, with the expectation that you will be hands on when necessary (c. 20% of the time)

Requirements for the Salesforce Tech Lead:

Experience in a management or tech leadership role
