Role: Salesforce Tech Lead

Salary: Up to £105,000 + bonus (up to 22%)

Location: London - 2 days per week on site (hybrid)

They are seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead to join their Salesforce team. You will be responsible for executing your area's roadmap, delivering on business and technology goals. A key focus will be elevating your team's product development maturity to achieve engineering excellence and enhance the target architecture.

You will manage a team of 6 engineers, with hands-on involvement approximately 20% of the time.
