Job summary

Qualifications

Mason Frank are currently partnered exclusively with a Global charity who are beginning their new Salesforce implementation. They are looking to bring in a SME to work alongside their Salesforce Partner. This role offers the perfect opportunity to remain hands on whilst managing an implementation & System!

Responsibilities

• Maintain and build new Salesforce system alongside SF Partner
• Support onboarding & Training of Salesforce Users
• Act as internal & external SME for Salesforce
• Manage data quality & assurance
• Manage third party software such as Form Assembly

Qualifications

• Hands on Salesforce Admin experience working hands on with configuration & flows
• Salesforce Certified (Nice to have)
• Non profit industry experience (Grant management nice to have)
• Data management experience
