Brief overview of role for Salesforce Specialist:

This is a newly created role to start as soon as possible. Working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams, you'll take ownership of our Salesforce CRM system following a recent integration, ensuring it delivers maximum value, efficiency, and insight across the business.

  • Support the management, development and optimisation of the Salesforce platform
    * Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
    * Work with internal teams to resolve platform pain points and drive adoption
    * Develop automation, workflows, validation rules and processes
    * Deliver platform training and documentation to improve usage
    * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
    * Maintain data integrity with deduplication and cleansing
    * Support marketing team on an ad-hoc basis
